This flat offers space for 1-4 people (5 people upon request) among 44 mē. It has a comfortable living room including a davenport for 2 people, a dining corner with 4 chairs as well as a TV and a radio. The bedroom offers 2 beds with the possibility of booking an extra crib. A separate kitchenette offers every opportunity to cook. It includes a cooker, a sink, a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Also available are dishes and cooking utensils. The bathroom contains a shower, a wash hand basin and a toilet. Blow-dryer and towels will be provided by us. (Washing machine upon request)
The flat itself is a nonsmoking area. However, you are welcome to smoke on the south-west located balcony.
There is a parking slot for your car directly in front of and a roofed storing position for bikes behind the house.
Bedding and towels are being provided by us.
Access to the internet W-Lan, DSL are available.
